How much do you charge for shipping ?
The Hairy Eyes crew will ship your sunglasses via your national postal service. If you're in Ireland, it'll cost just €3.90, while the EU-wide standard cost is €4.90. There is also an option to use Express Post with tracking, this costs €11.00 to Ireland & UK and €12.25 to the rest of the EU.
Will my sunglasses be protected when they are in transit ?
Hairy Eyes have got you covered. We ship all sunglasses in recycled cardboard boxes. We have one eye on the environment and one eye on protecting your eyewear. The sunglasses are packaged in a stylish paper inner box and protected with an additional layer of acid-free tissue papers in various colours.
When will my order be processed ?
Our customers are our priority. Your order will go into a shipping
order management system where the service level objective is to process
your order within 24 hours. Your sunglasses will be shipped via standard post and you should receive them within 2 to 3 business days
depending on your location. The average shipping transit times can be viewed
What type of communication should I receive ?
At HairyEyes.com we listen to our customers and customers don't like being
hammered with emails. As they say in Ireland, keep it short and sweet
like a donkey's gallop. We promise to keep you updated.
1) You will receive an order once we confirm we have received your order.
2) You will receive an additional email when we ship confirm your order.
You should receive your sunglasses through your national postal service 2 to 3 business days later.
What happens if I do not receive my purchase ?
The Hairy Eyes crew are proactive. Your address is the most important
piece of information the post office will need so we will double-check
your address if we have any doubts. This is why we ask for your
telephone number. If we aren't 100% sure of your address, then we will
call you to double-check. In the unlikely event that you have not
received your glasses within 7 business days, then please contact
firstname.lastname@example.org and we will open a ticket with our customer service team
and resolve your issue within 48hrs.
What is your missing/wrong/damaged policy ?
The policy is 'We will fix it.' If there is anything missing or wrong with your shipment, then contact our email@example.com">support team immediately.
To make sure your new lenses stay shiny and happy, here are some great care tips: For protection, keep your Hairy Eyes in the microfibre pouch provided when not in use. If you take your Hairy Eyes into the pool or the ocean, make sure to rinse them with luke warm freshwater &then clean with the microfibre pouch before the end of the day (especially if they have a mirrored coating)! When salt and pool chemicals sit on the lenses for too long, they will start to eat away at the coatings and can damage the lenses. Also, make sure never to wipe dried salt off the lenses because it will act like sandpaper and scratch the mirror. Just a quick rinse is all you need to keep them looking sharp!
Although usually unnecessary, you can also use lens cleaners - just make sure you use the microfiber case that comes with the shades or a similar cloth, and not something more harsh like a paper towel.

satisfied with your purchase we are here to fix your issue. We're confident you'll love your new Hairy Eyes sunglasses, but in the unlikely event you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund via your original form of payment (including PayPal), not including post & packaging, or exchange the product for another.
You can return a product for up to 15 days from the date you received it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a refund or exchange.
Once we receive
your return /refund request a member of the Hairyeyes customer service team will examine your case and will be in touch with your within 5 business days of receiving the
request.It will help the process if you
can include pictures of your sunglasses.
If the refund is
approved then our customer service adviser will detail how you should return
the sunglasses.Please note you will be
responsible for the cost of shipping the glasses back to us.
Lifes not perfect there are plenty of reasons why an order may need to be cancelled.
If your payment is unsuccessful, your order will not be processed, and, if
possible, we will contact you to complete your order. Please be informed that
your payment can be put on hold if your transaction has triggered any of the processor's security precautions. This is why it's important to include a good contact telephone number.
ORDER HAS NOT BEEN PROCESSED YET
order has not been processed and dispatched within 5 business days due to
unforeseen reasons (including the ordered item being out of stock), you may
choose to wait until the product is available again, or you may cancel your
order. If you choose the latter, we will void your payment authorization made
at the time of purchase and there will be no charges made to your account or
your credit cards.

Hairyeyes Sunglasses accepts responsibility for the harmful effects its operations have on both the local and global environment and is committed to reducing them. Our outer and inner boxes are made from paper. We choose to ship parts in an outer box that can hold three pairs of glasses which helps reduce the carbon footprint of shipments. We use recyclable ocean friendly plastic.
Hairyeyes Sunglasses will measure its impact on the environment and set targets for ongoing improvement. We are always open to suggestions on how we can use materials and logistics to reduce the environmental impact of our sunglasses.
